My Blood suger after moderate meal of 4 chapatti dal n veg is 280 after 2 hrs. But after 4 hrs it drops to 100. I m taking metformin SR 500 mg . my fasting suger is 130-140. Why my blood suger vary so much .kindly guide

Dear sir/madam, I am 25, I am from mumbai, I heard about Hypogonadism. My problem is I don’t have enough moustache and beard in my face, how to grow it up. At this age I am still looking very young even a very younger than my actual age. I am losing my personality also. I feel very shy at time of introduction with a new group of people in office or any social function. New people of my age never give me that much of respect and it is very tough time for me to gain my personality and my position over there. Even my gf is also feeling very shy to introduce me in front of a new group of people or with her friends. It creates a distance between us. Is there any treatment for it? I hav heard that low testosterone level can cause this problem... My friends tease me and always try to make fun of me.. Please help..

My patient id is P2097. You have prescribed diamicron xr 60 and zetametplus 20/1000 at hb1c 6.5 on 9aug for 90 days. Now hb1c dropped to the 5.8(Lal) on 11 SEP and 5.9(SRL) on 02 Oct. There is any change in medicine if any please advise.

Dear Sir , Recently i have been in doubt of diabetes ,because i was getting thin and getting motion stool hard problems , so today i have under gone for HBA1C TEST , And the result is 4.7 And i have checked complete blood count test , everything was ok but lymphocytes percentage is recorded as 50% . Can I use substitute medicine for piozmf 15 ...is there any side effects will come if I use metformin500mg+pioglitazone 15mg instead of piozmf15.. Also can I use telgard 40 instead of temistran 40 which is a substitute...
