Hello I've both vitamin B12 and extreme Vitamin D defeciency.. I'm taking nerobin forte vitamin B12 injections on my buttocs  once a week.. and vitamin D3 liquid once a 60,000 week.. I had problems like being fatigue, weakness, muscle pain, sleepyhead, dizzyness, numb extreme hands and legs.. it's already third week am on vitamin supplements but there is no great improvements.. I have muscle cramps in stomach and feels uncomfortable, sleepy and tired all the time.. any suggestions to overcome these problems.. I have had really bad time since couple of weeks.. bad head ache, body pain, neck pain, lower back pain and dizzyness accompanied​ by strange feeling of being tiered always.. need help, I don't know what is happening in my body .. how can I get back to normal life again.. :-( my physician said I might have absorption issues & gave supplements.. which I feel are not working.. is there anything else I need to do along with suppliers? I'm standing in sun for 20 mins morning & evening

Sir, I have diabitic problem and starting it is slow and then increase now it a morning sugar is 220 and sometimes it is 142 when i was walking in the morning after walking 1month the sugar became less and suppose I stop the morning walking it is higher and I have heridity of sugar level my mummy and my sister have diabetic problem. My father having type 2 diabetes for 7 years and echo showing lv dysfunction and creatine increased to 2.7. Medication continuing: Dytor Monit GTN Nikoran Amary glemipride 1 mg Erythropoietin injection 4000iv And now some skin problem like red spot, itching, driness arises. So I want some solutions.

My wife (55) is a chronic patient of diabetes & BP.Her rent FBS is 103 and PP is 185.Every now and then she wants me to take herlipid Profile,urine micral & R/M,Hb, Creatinin,USG,ECG.Besides Blood sugar and BP.I have procured a Accu-Check and Dr.Morpen to check her her blood sugar and BP almost everyday.I think it's her mania or she is fear stricken to see a nephro patient next door. I know some tests are taken periodically. But I do not know their periodicity.Would you please let me Know! Is Brown bread is good for diabetic patient? ThanQ.

Age-63, Male. Exsmoker and Diabetic from 3 yrs. My father has undergone through Heart bypass operation and then after one month , he gradually developed Dry Gangrene in his Left Great toe. Now doctors suugest that he has to undergo through amputation of Great toe. Do we have an alternative to amputation. Please advise asap.
