Am 25 year old male ,I was apparently normal few months back thn I started fatigue , hair loss and weight gain .. I was 76 kg 8 month back after I started gym I lost 15 kg I reached 62 kg but last one month back I s stopped my gym but Sudenly I reached 68 after a month ..and I felt my selfweekness .. and all so I gave blood for thyroid profile . T3 nd t4 was normal but tsh is 6.66. So what should I do ?? Should I take thyroxine ,

I was diagnosed with alopecia areata first in hair in head and hair regrew within one year after that i was diagnosed with HypoThyroid and taking 50MCG thyronorm for that. now again i am diagnosed with alopecia and this time it has come in my leg. now i am confused what should i do.
