Initially i was diagnosed with alopecia areata in august 2016, for that i did thyroid test. my tsh level was 23.462 mIU/ml. (normal range 0.3- 6.02) T3 T4 normal. my anti microsomal antibodies were positive (44.36IU/ml) i took a treatment for that via a doc as thyronorm 100mcg. my tsh was0.782mIU/ml in november 2016. it was normal i did my test on 3 march 2017, my tsh was0.047 IU/ml. T3 T4 normal. anti microsomal antibodies positive. There is no family history of thyroid diseases. family history of diabetes present. alopecia is treated completely. no history of any other disease currently palpitations and anxiety present. menstrual cycle normal Pls advice me further treatment.

Hi, I hv been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and high afi I.e. 21+ Endocrinologist suggested metsmall 500 twice a day after Breakfast & dinner and 6 unit of insulin if it doesn't cure after 3 days.. Hi, I want to lower down my diebates level as it is high. I am taking medicines But results are not that satisfactory.

Hi Dr. , My husband 39yrs old is suffering from Hypothyroid from past 12 yrs, taking Thyronorm medicine of 175 mcg per day. 2 days back again went for test, T3 and T4 was in control but TSH was at higher side @ 26. Please suggest for further medication as the Dr. suggested to increase the dose again to 200, Is that fine to increase the dosage with every abnormal test report.

I m on treatment for hypothyroid from past 10-12 years. I'm female of age 25. I was advised to take Eltroxin 100 mcg. I regularly check up every 6 months and regulate my doses. Currently taking 1 tablet every morning half an hour before breakfast. My current t3, t4 are in normal normal and TSH high.

My friend was treated with pseudocyst in 2005 when she was 15 years of age. Surgery was done and some part of the pancreas was removed. In 2016, she had jaundice and stomach pain was there. So doctors advised her to take insulin every day. Now she is taking insuline since last one year everyday and may be she has to take insulin for the rest of her life. My question is, does taking insulin everyday shorten life span...? Will it create problems in the future..?

Having diabities more then 390 after taking glicomat 2 twice a day... Age 53 female.. Neber fall my diabeties fasting about 250 and a thyrod patient too
