Very high blood sugar at 577 instant way to down blood sugar .... ..... . .......................

My wife (55)is achronic diabetic patient(9yrs).Her present FBSis120 &PP214.Urea24 ,Cholesterol152,TG81,Creatinine1.0, HDL48 ,LDL88 VLDL16,UrineAlbumin-Nil.The PP does not reduce in spite of several attempts.Please advise how to reduce PP level.The blood for Pp was taken after 1.5 Hrs of taking food. In the beginning we used to take PPblood consuming 75 gm glucose counted346.Another day it counted 317.As I was shocked another Dr. advised me to go for PP after 1.5 Hrs of stomach full food and it showed 285.Then another Dr. advised me to go for PP at 2 Hrs of taking stomach full food.It counted246,Another Dr. advised me to test PP at 2hrs of taking normal break fast(not stomach full).It showed210.Now after 1.5 hrs.PPis 214.My doubt is how to reduce PP into normal.The PP differs about 40 between 1.5 and 2 hrs.(in 30 minutes). When & How much food /glucose should be taken for blood PP.My wife's BP is 100/70 & pulse is 101. She takes OlmyD20. Dr says it's all right.It helps Kidny

Hi doctor, My mom has diabetes since 3 years . She got to know about it when she went to get dental treatment. And she found out the sugar levels were above 300. The doctors prescribed metformin 2500 mg initially along with gilmepride 1mg . And later it was reduced to metformin 2000mg and gilmepride 2 mg . Since few months my mother is facing leg pains at night . And the doctors suggested pregabalin and mecobalamine tablets . Now since a week she is not getting proper sleep . Few days she is not sleeping at all . Upon consultation doctors changed the dose to metformin 2000mg (1000mg morning and 1000mg at  a night ) andlmepride 3mg and continuing pregabalin and mecobalmine tabs . Apart from these she is taking bp tablet envas and also calcium tabs daily . She is worried about these health changes now and then .Inspite of taking so many medicines regularly and maintaining proper diet she is experiencing these issues . Doctor please help how can she get rid of these pains and sleeples

I have been suffering with diabetes type 2 along with hypertension. The Hb1ac in December was 7.9and in March it has increased to 8.3 . I am taking Galvas mt 50/1000 twice a day for diabetics and telma 40for hypertension .
