Irregular periods, slight hairs on lip

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I"have irregular periods since last 3 moths and slight hair on upper lip. USG did not show any cyst formation and found to be normal but thyroid test showed TSH level 10.56. Sugar level is normal. What to do?
