I have milk allergy, can I eat kheer and sweets kova, kalakand? And i eat gulab jamun and jalebi that time mostly going out whatever I have, will i have any sweets allergy

Ok so awhile back my doctor said that i had a benign thyroid nodule and that i needed to come in and have it checked again in 6 months. well 6 months passed and i never went back in (i dont have insurance). anyway lately i have been having an occasional runny nose and i will xough up yellow phlegm l. plus i have been coughing too but im.not sick. this doesnt seem like a typical cold. I have also been struggling with intrusive thoughts and anxiety along with it with a flushed face. do you think all of this (the intrusive thoughts included) could be a thyroid issue?

It's 17 days delay in my period and I have frequent headaches , swelling on face n fingers , depressed mood and dry mouth ..

My mother is a diabetic. Meri maa ki bp hmesa adhik ho jati hai and pair me jhunjhunu rhta hai aur unka sugar level bhi high rhta hai. Any Useful suggestion

So I am turning 24.But I don't see the appearance of beard . my father have also less facial hairs. But the same is not developed in me. Is this genetic? Or hormonal disorder?

My periods have always been very regular, and my usual cycle is about 28-30 days. I had my last period on 3rd April, which lasted about 4 days. Unexpectedly, I got my periods again on 16th April. The flow is much lesser than the usual periods. I am not taking any medication, and except for some exercising that I have started in the last 3-4 weeks, nothing has really changed in my routine or my diet. I am not used to having periods in the space of 2 weeks, so am not sure whether this is normal or not.
