Do i need to test before food(morning) and after food? or any time of the day is good? Please suggest.

My dad expired in 2014. After that my mom was suffering from diabetes and previously it was 240 post meal. After medication, it reduces to 190 post meal. Now it remains between 160 to 190 post meal. Please suggest what needs to be done. Note: previously my mom was non vegetarian,however after 2014 she stopped eating fish and chicken.

I have been suffering from running nose for the last two days and wanting of more water at mid nights for the last few days. Sound sleep is not coming. The weight of the body increased by 5-6kgs for the last 2months. I am a retired employee. There is no considerable physical activity for the last 5-6 months. I made investigations for diabetice, thyroid and lipid profile. Except thyroid (6.5), all are normal. Please advise for further investigations.

Hi, I am 45 plus year old women and i am diabetic. Since past two months my right hand thumb is paining and I am unable to hold or grip anything. From past one month I am having pain in nech and headache as well which is not going. Now since last week the pain in my thumb finger spread to my pinky finger and now my whole right palm is silghtly swollen and unable to make a fist properly and very paining. Could you plz advise me I am very much tensed

Hello Doc...last montj my periods was irregular so i consulted a doctore she gave me some tab and once i used i got my periods on 5th of april and it stayed till 11th of april,but again on 17th april there was a slight bleeding and it continied tjay nect day also it was light brown in colour when i consulted the doctor again she asked me to ise Mensil N for almost 20 days is it fine?? I was feeling very tired also....i 26 years old and married 8 months back

My sister has thyroid problem with TSH level 24. she has been taking Eltroxin 75 mg for last two month. Please guide.
