Hello Sir​/ Madam I'm writing this on behalf of my mother she's 51yrs age she has diabetes & it's very high before meal it's 310 & after meals also it's above 300 it's 304 like this and she's taking Glysipage G2 tablet now but still it's not under control and it's not coming to normal so I want to know how to get it under control . She goes for walk daily but still not able to get it normal.

Hello sir/madam, I am 6 months postpartum now, But am experiencing the symptoms of thyroid from past one month like puffy face.. got blood check up and TSH was 160, I had consulted Dr she suggested me to take thyronorm 100 but my family Dr said it's a postpartum thyroid due to long mensus gap it comes but it gets normal within few weeks not to worry.. Shall I take start taking the tablet or should I wait? Will this affect my baby in future due to breastfeeding?

Sodium deficiency not cured and found prob due to low cartisol level. I taking trtmnt frm last two years with hydrocortisone.

A week back, I had to rush my father to a doctor due to high blood sugar. He is a type 2 diabetic for around 20 years and his glucose levels are usually under control. he is also not under any special medication. however this past week his blood sugars shot up quite high(426) and I took him to a doctor. they prescribed him some meds and ran some blood and urine tests. the meds worked good and his sugar level normalized in a day or so. however he is been having mild fever (99-101) since last week. he has also been complaining about frequent urination. apart from these two, he seems to have no issues. the weird thing is that both his blood work and urine culture came back negative for any infection. Hence I am a bit concerned as to where is the fever coming from. We have started a antibiotic "cipro" since yesterday. I guess my question is, is it normal to have mild fever after high blood sugar ?

My relative is suffering from type 2 diabetes , which he was diagnosed with few years back. From the past one or two years even though he has a controlled blood sugar level , he is still losing weight more than a normal level. I am looking for proper medical counselling and the doctor we should consult. Should we go to an endocrinologist, diabetiolgist or a nutritionist? It would be greatly helpful if I can get a good guidance .

My child birth 29-11-2007 he is not growing well by height weight etc from 4 years. i consult dr local he ask me to consult Pediatric endocrinologists

I am a diabitic with a random glucose count around 200-250. I have got complete body test recently the negative are as follows: LFT:Blood Sugar fasting - 274, Globulin - 3.61, A.G. ration - 0.94, Alkaline phosphate - 169; KFT: Sodium 139.5; LIPID: Triglycerides, - 287, Tot Cholstrol - 235, HDL - 35.2, VLDL - 57.4, LDL - 142.4; HAEMATOLOGY: hB- 11.6, EST - 80, MCV - 75.6, MCH - 23.4, MCHC-30.9, HbA1c - 11.8%. Full stomach Ultrasound also done - All body parts size and functions are normal accept a few dialated loops of bowel noted with peristalsis and GR II fatty Liver. I am suffering pain from centre of chest to right upper abodomen and goes to right lower abdomen and a fever ranging 99 to 103. Please advice
