According to your weight and height you BMI is normal. However your TSH vakues are off chart and i would suggest you to start with medications immediately. You may not be experiencing any problems now but they will develop eventually and then it will be very difficult to control them. Also it has veen seen quite often that once you start taking thyroid medication there is a lot of improvement and after sometime you can stop on the medicines. (Thyroid medicines are considered as lifelong medication but often they can be stopped when the thyroid levels come down to normal and stay there for long). However you need to start medicine for now and they will continue atlest for next 2-3 years minimum. And do not worry about the side effects as there aren't any serious effects to be worried about and it always varies from person to person.
Next Steps
see an endocrinologist and start with medications immediately
