I am 32 years suffering from diabeties today i camr to know in report its 350 after fasting and 250 before sobplrasd suggest me medicine and diest plan.... As if i am working in night shift ..

I can understand your concern.
Management if Diabetes is not so simple to suggest medicines like that.
Few more tests like HbA1c, fasting lipid profile, renal function test are also required.
