I am the patients of diabets type 2 and I want to know that which medicine is best in type 2 diabetes

I hv been suffering from diabetes since last 8 years. Taking insuline 3 times a day. Insuline type is human mixtard 30/70

Haven't seen my period over one year, these times when I wipe I am seeing spots of blood what does hat mean.?

My mother suger level having recently increase from 150 to 300 to 400. She ia takinh her medicin . Can i start ime 9 for my mother along with his medicin. Age 55+ . She is on bed. Please suggest

For 2 years my Sugar fasting is around 120- 140 and PP is 160-185. Do I need to take medicine? Or exercise?

My dad expired in 2014. After that my mom was suffering from diabetes and previously it was 240 post meal. After medication, it reduces to 190 post meal. Now it remains between 160 to 190 post meal. Please suggest what needs to be done. Note: previously my mom was non vegetarian,however after 2014 she stopped eating fish and chicken.

I have been suffering from running nose for the last two days and wanting of more water at mid nights for the last few days. Sound sleep is not coming. The weight of the body increased by 5-6kgs for the last 2months. I am a retired employee. There is no considerable physical activity for the last 5-6 months. I made investigations for diabetice, thyroid and lipid profile. Except thyroid (6.5), all are normal. Please advise for further investigations.

My mother is having a low haemoglobin level of 7.5, but from the past few days she has some problem in speech , she wants to say something but she says some other word .
