My mother is having a low haemoglobin level of 7.5, but from the past few days she has some problem in speech , she wants to say something but she says some other word .

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to take her to a neurologist in person for further evaluation and management of the speech issue.
She can take a tab. Livogen-z once a day after food for a month.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
Have a high protein diet.
