Regarding diabetes
For 2 years my Sugar fasting is around 120- 140 and PP is 160-185. Do I need to take medicine? Or exercise?

You will need to exercise as well as change your diet. Meanwhile, get a blood test done called hba1c.  It will help us decide whether you need medicines or not.
