Hi, I am a diabetic patient and was on diet and medications but due to lots of travelling i usually forget to take medicine or maintain my diet also. My concern is if my eating pattern is not fixed so when should I check my blood sugar to see if it's high or not. Right after taking food ? Or should I give 2 hour gap even if I am not eating a proper meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It's like I am eating whatever I have in every 1-2 hour and just because I am travelling, I can't afford a proper meal. What should I do? How and when should I check my blood sugar? If I am not eating properly will it affect blood sugar level also?

Hi Sir / Madam Today we done a  fasting and hba1c lab test for my child 4years 9months girl and the results got fasting 84 and hba1c 5.8 is it a good values or not plz suggest waiting for your response

Hi my daughter is  6 years of age, as she used to do frequent urination we got a doubt and done hb1ac 3 months back and the result was 5.4. Now I these 3 months we used check the sugar levels in Accu check sugar testing machine and every time the results were normal. Today as three months completed again we had done hb1ac test and the result is 5.8. So we are in confusion whether she is pre diabetic or normal.pls help us.

Hello sir, Last year I checked my sugar level hb1ac was 7.4. Then at that time C peptide fasting was 0.98 and stimulated was 3.48. Now after 1 year vigorous exercise hb1ac is 5.8. Not taking any medication. Is it possible to reverse diabetes at this stage ??

My father was admit in hospital discharged dibateic is controlled but I bought random testing machine which shows 279 mg /dl after eating 2 hrs he is on GLYCNORM 0D 30 .before breakfast once  as test done on 30/6/23 was normal can last night he had fever feed him paracetamol 650 twice in 4 hr and given metrology 600 mg my question if I see sugar in night like this in random can we give glycnorm od 30  can be given twice . To control sugar last night he had loose stool few times and fever on metrology 600 mg can it and ors I gave few  times can it increase random result as shown on machine if I see sugar like this at evening or night what to do can we consume Glycnorm od twice Tmt test , kft , serum , ceratin are normal range.

I am hypothroid patient taking 100mg thyronom. My current weight is 54 which is very less ..according to my height i.e 5.7 My concern is can i do gym and gain muscle and weight???

I am taking TOFACITINIB 5 mg for arthritis as prescribed, from last two days I am observing my at time of lunch i feel very hunger and headache, two days before when I checked my sugar on glucometer fasting was 117 mg/dl and after one hrs of lunch it was 151 ,I want to know low sugar cause feeling hungry or high sugar

Please check the three levels below:-           10 Feb.            2 April.          23 June T3-.   87.7 ng/dL-.   0.79 ng/ml ---0.8 ng/mL T4.    7.9.   µU/mL-. 5.06 µg/dl-----8.15 ug/dl TSH- 0.35 mIU/L-. 0.28 (µIU/mL)-. 4.65 uIU/mL Though my T4 n T3 are normal all through but my TSH earlier on 10 feb(0.35) n 2 April (0.28) was supressed and the Endocrinologist told me to take good diet as i usually did lot of dieting. I started eating good and when today i did my TSH again it raised to 4.65 uIU/ml Is it Normal that it raised from 0.28 on 2 April to 4.65 in today's report attached herewith? Is it is normal or possible? Plus i also did the Ultrasound Thyriod as advised by my endocrinologist. The scan was normal. I have attached the image herewith. Please advise me is there something abnormal why my TSH raised so much from the supressed levels of 0.35 n 0.28 to 4.65 May i need to do something about it?

I am under Dibetic medication. My today's report shows high Serum Triglyserides. Why is it so? Should I be worried about it?
