Which insulin is better for diabetic patients...are there effect similar...what is the difference between these two insulin

Hi Dr, Today took ct scan for neck ImpRESSION:  Small rounded isodense nodular structure at lower pole of left thyroid gland – likely parathyroid adenoma. Pth -78 Calcium 8.4 Gerd, Ostopenia in dexa scan Anemia Mood swings Irritability Bones pain Heart palpitations Three years back sestambini scan show adenoma on left side. But today sestambini scan show normal. Kindly let me know whether I have adenoma or not. Plz advice
