Yesterday i did check thyroid profile and i found TSH is slightly higher around 5.12, T3:176.6 ,T4:8.59,FT3:3.90, and FT4:1.27 Is this a normal report ..pls advice

I am a diabetic patient, I was asked to take Amaryl 3mg everyday in the evening. I am not sure if this is related to my sickness however during day time I feel dizziness and sweating specially my palm and feet. My random blood sugar levels are 100 and 94 these days.. kindly assist me

Is zydus cadillas Stevia pellets intake better compared than its aspartame 0 calorie sweetners for people with diabetes? ( nowhere on stevia it is written that it is 0 calrie per pellet). Ive read at places that aspartame isnt reliable what about this commercially sold stevia pellets then?

When I take tab levothyroxin(T4) 25mcg. I got severe headache, palpitaion and tremors occasionally. My free T4 is 0.99 ng/dl T4 is 4.4 microgms/dl TSH is 19.22 micro IU/ml AMA 1060 IU/ml Clinical status is showing on report is Euthyroid. I am adviced to take T Eltroxin 25mcg per day empty stomach. please guide what should with such symptom.

For detection of Lipid Storage Problem (lipidosis),would like to ask for your advise if MRI imaging can provide general diagnosing information,and if so,your recommended method for MRI.As rare enzyme assay and molecular tests are not usually conducted in our country,using mri tests is my viable option.
