After 8 hours gap from a heavy meal, my fasting blood sugar level is 190 on glucometer, I didnt have diabetes previously, and GTT is also normal when tested 1 year back. I Am trying to conceive.. Please give advice.. Am i Diabetic?

My Tsh is 5.5. I am on Metformin 500 mg after lunch and 1000 mg after dinner...due to increased FBS. my FBS ranges between 135 to 160 Mg/dl and PP between 165 to 200 Mg/dl. I am an Hypertensive and on Olmesartan 20 mg since more than 10 years. Oflate I am experiencing severe to severe fatigue and Drs interpret differently. Please advise.

I missed my periods for almost 7 months, 3 days back suddenly my stomach got bloated I went to medical store he gave me injection pentaprizole and bescopalm after which I got excessively heavy flow, it lasted for 3 days now still my stomach is bloated and there is a weakness in my body, stomach is still paining along with fever. My tsh level 0.76. Tt3 and tt4 are normal. Am using thyronorm 50mg tablet with doctor advise. Is that tablet am using for my thyroid s right?

I have type 2 diabetes, 4 years ago i weighed 470 pounds had blood sugars in the 350-400 range and an A1C of 13.5. I have recently lost a lot of weight and weigh 315, and have been on a ketogenic diet for the past 5 months. I am taking Phentermine, once in the morning, a multivitamin, and 1000mg of metformin twice a day.

Ok a Since last 3 months in addition to above medicine I take Tenegliptin 20mg +metformin 500mg at the time of dinner also asper advice of local physician. Before this my hba1c was 8.2 I go for 30 minutes morning wall daily since 10 years. 10 days back test results were as below. Sugar fbs- 100 ppbs- 250 Random bs- 155 HbA1c - 7.2 Creatinine Serum- 0.72 mg/do Since last 10 days i have changed medicine as below Voglibose .2mg+metformin 500mg in morning & same dose at dinner time. On the contrary Fbs has increased to 150 & ppbs has remained same at 250. Urine routine,  Colour- pale yellow Appearance - clear Albumin,sugar,ketone,bile. Pigment-  Absent Occult blood - Negative   Microscopic examination RBC- absent Pus cells - 2-3/hpf Yeast cells - present ( trace ) Epithelial cells - 2-3/hpf Casts,crystals, mucus threads

I had vitamin D deficiency before for which I took vitamin D therapy 3 months. Recently I was having same symptom again so I started taking vitamin D again.. The next day of taking 2nd dose of vitamin D of 60000 iu.. I got it checked and it was 40ng.. I have doubt whether this raised value is because I took vitamin D one day before only or it is ok
