Initially Glycomet 500 two times a day, now Ziten M20-500 two times a day. As per last week report Fasting 182 mg and post 224 mg, My routine activity is not allowing me to do any physical exercise. suggest me what is next

TSH is <.01 but T3 and T4 are ok
My mother is a patient of hypothyroidism from last 5 years. In her latest test report by Thyrocare lab she diagnosis with very low TSH value but value of T3 and T4 is quite normal. before going to any specialist I wish to confirm the detail of the case and the diagnosis required or any special diagnosis or test required
