Tsh level 9.53 Sudden weight gain irregular mensuration so want to know treatment Moods wings and irritatons

I am pcos patient and I take luke warm with honey daily water in the morning and green tea with in afternoon.So,I want to know taking honey is okay in pcos or not.Is it going to spike my blood sugar levels?

Male, age 54, weight 84 Kg, Height 168 CM. Sugar levels were:fasting 106-116 and post lunch 140 to 160. Taking one tablet of metroformin 50mg/1000mg(istamet) before breakfast daily from two months. Now, sugar levels normal. But, feeling muscle soreness particularly in the arms. Muscles paining while lifting even small weights. Suggest remedy.
