My hairs are getting thin and hairs are falling from side lines n front therefore i wanna ask that is there any best treatment apart from surgery.

Get ur thyroid profile done,  if it is normal and no other cause is find out then it is androgenic alopecia,  male pattern.  transplantation is the only effective treatment if it is excessive
