Regarding height growt

Asked for Male, 17 Years

My son is 17 years old and he is 5'2 . He has growth hormone deficiency and I just did an X ray of his left hand and his growth plates are still open they are not fused yet so I just wanted to know can he start hgh therapy now if yes where can I get those which doctor will prescribe it.
