I'm a female of 24yrs suffering from obesity and high level of testosterone I've been recommended glycomet 500 by my endocrinologist is it safe for me to consume this after dinner

How do I know how much dosage of medicine I need to take (25, 50 or 100 mg). My TSH value has reduced.

My baby is 21 days old and in blood test it appears to have tsh level as 15.6 uIU/ml which is told is high as compare to 5 uIU/ml ... so now i am tensed that now will my baby have issues in his growth. What should i do to ensure this doesnot affect my baby growth.

My wife aged 50ys had undergone LAVH 6YRS back, since then she is suffering from thyroid dysfunction,hot flashes,wait gain,lack of energy, susceptible to frequent fever ,body pain and sinositis. After total thyroid test she had been taking thyroxine 50mg daily once since 4yrs as per doctors advice. She had become very sensitive and gets irritated very often. Since two days she is having dizziness, her BP is 120/70.

I m taking 100 MCG thyroxin daily. Three months back, my tsh was 3.5 Last month, it was 1.10 and now as per the recent report, my tsh has dropped to 0.85. Should I do taking the medicine or reduce the dose. I have also gained 5 KGS in just two months.

I was diagnosed with blood sugar pp 325 and vit d 11deficiency 6 months back. with H1 ac 6.9...I did not took any medicine and within 1 month my h1ac is 5.6... Fasting 90-115 and pp from 140-200 depending on food..I am taking all my diet except sweets.my problem is that I am having pressure in nose after eating and that makes me dizzy .Even sometimes I am having pressure in nose and forehead but blood sugar was 90-120..And this pressure arises after eating food , help me on this

I have irregular menstrual cycle problem from last 6 months...just I want treatment on this problem..I have don e all the investigation...but it is showing PCOD in the report...

My mother is 52 years old diabetes patient.She suffers from frequent unusual burning sensession in breast, chest and in underarms portion. Have already consulted physician, Gastroenterologist and gynecologist. Multiple possibilities consulted were hormonal changes/acidity/gas. It's been 3 years past her menopause and this pain only increases on occasions.Her- Mammography, Cardiogram and sonography are normal. I am not sure, who can help me with this, please guide. Family history : Breast cancer
