In my right leg foot in first finger bottom I got a wound before one month now the color of the finger is little yello

Blood glucose is very high. In 2015 was detected for type 2 diabetes and consulted doctor and was advised Glycomet forte 1X BD Stopped medicene after some time as the reports were fine. Suddenly again it is high PP 424 FASTING 260 amd HB1AC is 10.2 Can i continue same dose and medicene

I am unmarried girl of 23 years nd 11mm mild free fluid is seen in my pod nd i have taken alot of treatment but dont get any result i have taken allopathic,ayurvedic treatments nd i have to suffer from white discharge every month in excess.help me out how it can be stopped.i have done everything but the discharge is white in colour only nd no doctor found any infection so why it is happening.
