Diabetes type 2 average sugar has been more than 300 even after dosage galvas met vindaglyptin 50/500 1 tab daily before breakfast. not able to bring the gulcose level in range please advise

I just randomly. Tested for. Random sugar Two times in 4days One time it was 101 mg/dl One time 2 hours after heavy breakfast was 148 am I diabetic or pretty diabetic

Earlier I used to take Dynaglipt 20. But my fasting BS used to be 140. My doctor added Volix M morning and evening along with Dynaglipt 20 in evening. But my fasting BS is now 150 and after meals 187 to 246. I also follow strict diet. Kindly advise.
