I'm 19 years old and I have pcos problem since I'm 13 years .I have irregular periods for every 3-4 months and they don't stop for an 40-50 days.any suggestions?

Diabetic & BP patient for29 years. Swelling on feet by using clinidipine 10mg bd. Should we discontinue it. What should we take in place of it. We started it from two days. After that swelling on feet.

My mom she is 70 years old and she is having diabetes and blood pressure for 25 years and she is taking insulin human mixtard hm 30 ..suddenly she got a cut under the toe she don't know how the cut wound happened ..The wound is not healing ..applying mupirocin  2 percent ..Can i give her ceftum 500  for a week ..I have covered the wound  by  dressing by applying  mupirocin ointment ..The wound slightly recovering i think..Plz suggest me a good ointment .for her ..the first photo is on day one after 13 days the second photo

Thyroid problem since 3 years. Highest & lowest have been 11 & 3.3 respectively. A week's back TSH level is 6.6. Suggest a good medicine. Age-23 Weight- over 90kg Height- 5'7"

I am having hypo thyroid and taking thyronom medicine for past 5 years. Currently i am taking 100mcg tablet in the morning. My TSH level in Feb 2017 was 3.27 and doctor advised me to contiune the same medicine of 100 mcg. My recnet TSH as per today's report is 6.5 without taking medicine on the testing day. Other wise i am regular in medicine. Shall I continue or increase the dose

My father is 70 yrs old and he is getting numbness in feet and legs when he sit, walk or sleep. He is feeling it from last one month frequently. He is diabetic and taking ozomet PG 2 every day.

I have been suffering from diabetes since 15y and i got a fungal infection of ringworm,plz suggest should i undergo a fungal culture test or use my daily dusting powder(zocon) along with dry rid cream and zocon tablets
