I am 20 years old, male. I want to increase my height. Is there any way I can increase my height. I do stretching exercises as well

I have hypothyroidism and i have been on medication (Thyronorm100mg) for more than a year now. I have gained a lot of weight and i unable to loose weight . There is constant pain in my body especially in the lower half and also i have suffered a lot of hair loss. Please help

My mom she is 70 years old and she is having diabetes and blood pressure for 25 years and she is taking insulin human mixtard hm 30 ..suddenly she got a cut under the toe she don't know how the cut wound happened ..The wound is not healing ..applying mupirocin 2 percent ..Can i give her ceftum 500 for a week ..I have covered the wound by dressing by applying mupirocin ointment ..The wound slightly recovering i think..Plz suggest me a good ointment for her
