Lethargy and lack of strength in legs, feeling of vomiting,Difficlty speaking ans sense of trembling. Just got diagnostics done. My TSH is 0.025, Vitamin B12<156 and Vit D-13.3. I have started taking Uprise for Vit-D and Hosit for B12. What do I do for TSH

3 months ago I was going through some rough time and I kept eating sweets for every meal plus fizzy drinks. I kept going like this for almost 2 months. I noticed some changes that made me worry: one of them is the frequent urination; I'm always hungry and thirsty, I gained weight; and sometimes I get this blurry vision. I stopped eating sweets and started to eat healthy food for a month already, I consume 3-4 teaspoons sugar and once a week I might have a dessert. But the symptoms still exists.

My father is having sugar since 15 years.since 6 months he is taking insulin...from last 7days he is getting low sugar in body..
