Feeling weak so early, digestive problem. Blood sugar increases day by day. BP is also high level

A family member has high blood sugar, and another diabetic family member thinks it's okay to give them his medication, is that okay ?

My sugar level after eating is 88 when checked in machine and i ate food 3 hrs before

Before approximately 3 years i have Eruptive xanthomatosis in my leg then it is disappeared Do I have diabetes?
