HbA1c 10.5!
My uncle had a consistent HbA1c around 7.2 to 7.5 from past 6 months n suddenly his review check up revealed a 10.5 n also FBS around 300...what could be the reason...he is taking basalog 25units along with diamicron and trajenta...n in past even with 16 it was under fair control

It could be multiple reasons. Irregularities with medicines, dietary indulgences, lack of exercise, recent infections, stress...etc. he should be evaluated to find out the reason and bring the sugars under fair control.
