Low free T4 range 11.4 in blood test & Normal TSH 2.45. Im concerned with my recent weight gain lately. I'm getting hyper pigmentation on cheeks and melasma. I want to know if I have hypothyroidism. I struggle with losing weight I have low Vitamin d and B12 can you please suggest if I should visit an endocrinologist ? I'm 25 years old got married last year.
