I am already taking pills of thyroxin 50mg. Do I need incresed that. My TSH level is 6.65.

Earlier I used to take Dynaglipt 20. But my fasting BS used to be 140. My doctor added Volix M morning and evening along with Dynaglipt 20 in evening. But my fasting BS is now 150 and after meals 187 to 246. I also follow strict diet. Kindly advise.

In 03/10/2017 I test my TSH level and the result is TSH =35 uIU/mL. My doctor suggest me to take Eltroxin 100. Before 2 months ego my TSH was 11, that time I took Eltroxin 75. And I have suffered Thyroid issue till one year. My question are that- 1.  Is it the right medicine what I am taking right now? 2. Can you please refer my what type of salt or food habit i have to take ? 3. Is the result of TSH is now danger or very  harmful for me? 4. Has there any full cure solution of my Thyroid issue? 5.
