I am 42 yrs old I have my reports and it says that I have 71.04microIU/ml of serum ultra-sensitive TSH. What should I do ?

Female 35yo, diagnosed with toxic nodule (ultrasound n Ct)hyperthyroidism in May TSH .017,June TSH .009, FT3 5.84,FT4 2.27.after 2 months (june+ july) on tapazole 15mg n 2months(august+ september) on 10mg tapazole, todayTSH is .011, ft3 3.39 n ft4 is 1.09. gained 5 kilos since, never been this weight ever. Can reduce dosage? How long till cured?

I had taken my fsh and lh test back 7 months so can I now show that very report to the doctor for my problem going through now also or needs to take the test again.My main question:- is that report still valid to take a consultation on or i need to have the test again for my current status?

Does autoimmune thyroiditis reduce the blood flow during periods? I am on.medication and now the thyroid harmone values are well within range, but still I feel blood flow has reduced compared to before the diagnosis of Autoimmune thyroiditis.

As TSH is under control can I decrease the dose, can I take 100 MCG or continue. 125 mcg
