Iam using metformine 500 mg in the morning before breakfast and voglibose 0.3 mg in the lunch. Do they work independently or together. What will be the results on my diabetes if i use in this way

My TSH level is 19, though T3 and T4 are in range as well as freeT3 and freeT4 are also in range Am I a patient of hypothyroidism? Should I start thyrox-100 tablets? What should I eat? And what should I do not eat?

I'm a female of 24 yrs suffering from high testosterone level which has caused hair growth under my chin.I am overweight as well.I have been suggested Diane 35by my endocrinologist but I read so many adverse effects during and after one stops taking the medication that I am really scared about continuing with the medication.please help.

My mothers both feet are swollen. She has been a diabetic for several years. And has diabetic neuropathy. There was a cut on one of her fingers which didn't heal. And now theres clear liquid coming out of it. And she's worried that it might turn to gangrin. How to recognize gangrin? And do diabetologists look after feet or are there different doctors for that? Is it because of neuropathy? How to check nerves in her feet. I'll be taking her to hospital tomorrow.

My mother is a diabetes patient from last 21 years. She was taking an Ayurvedic medicine called Hyponidd made by Charak from the beginning. But now this medicine stopped working. Someone suggested her to take IME 9 tablets but it's making her tired and sleepy. I saw several negative reviews about IME9 on the internet and I want her to stop this medicine. But I need a good medicine to control her sugar level. She don't want to take allopathic medicines because of side effects. Please suggest a good Ayurvedic medicine for her.

After taking 25units of insulin in thethe morning Sugar level.is 370 by 7.30pm

I am having symptoms of Thyroid overmedication like heart palpitations and fast heart rate, trouble falling sleep, Anxiety, etc. my last TSH levels 2.96 as on 18/08/2017. I was using 50 mcg switched to 25mcg currently stopped the medication since 25 days due to above symptoms. Please advice.

Intend to discuss and get treatment for thyroid. Did not take any consultation or medicine in the past.
