I am havin PCOD and urticaria at the same time. Can i take citrizine if i am having PCOD? Will it affect in my health?

I underwent thyroid test. Here are the results: TSH : 7.910 ulU/ml. Free T3 : 2.570 pg/ml Free T4 : 0.960 ng/dl Is it normal? I am unmarried female.Age :26

I am not sure whether I have diabetes. Here are the things that I feel are not normal . Heavy eyes almost the whole day, even though I get 7 hours sleep. I generally go to bed around 12 . I feel sleepy after waking up even after a good sleep . I do have allergic rhinitis and I sneeze a lot in the morning, have watery eyes. Can this be the reason for the above things? . I don't have any urine issues. It seems normal . But in general I feel a little lazy the whole day. I just don't get the enthusiasm to exercise. Should I visit a doctor and get some tests done?
