Hi i have thyroid issue from.last 5 years but recentlyI'm taking 75 mcg tablet becoz my tsh is low but recently done tsh test i have 6.34 so howmuch mcg tablet i should take?

I am 47 Years old / Male, with family history (both parents and elder sister being diabetic) I have monitored my HbA1C levels since the past 10 years and have been under treatment since 2010 (7 years). I have taken preventive health check up for my wife 3 weeks ago. TSH value was observed low(0.019 uIU/ml). Test for T3, T4 and TSH again performed on doctors prescription last week. The value found are as follows: T3= 195.68 ng/dl T4= 12.20 ug/dl TSH= 0.011 uIU/ml Her body temperature remains higher than usual. Some times headache occurs. Often it takes her time to fall asleep. Laziness is observed. Kindly provide your valuable opinion regarding the same. Thank you.
