Since 9 years I am suffering from diabetes Havin pain in foot since 6months

My father is 58 years old. He has been suffering from foot ulcer for about two years. Though he is in regular treatment and consultation with doctor it is not healing. I want to know which medical institute or clinic is great in dealing such problems. Preferably in Kolkata and Bangalore. Thank you.

After test result shows(pls find attachment) TSH more than 150 FT4 0.48 FT3 2.06 Please advise as it seems high TSH and low FT4.

Doctor suggested me use - formitol tablets, But I using ovalife met. Any problem for that?

I have been having irregular periods since last 8 months With gradual increase in weight

I had to miss my birth control pills for one month. As it got closer to the time to begin taking my pills again, I realized I put on close to ten pounds. I exercise regularly and I was slacking in my eating, but not enough to make me gain such a large amount of weight in a short period of time. At first, I could not see a difference in my body, but now, my arms, legs and midsection always look swollen. I began taking my pills again Sunday and my weight remains the same.

She has been on thyroid medication for several years. In the latest blood test report her TSH is below 0.01. kindly advise if this is abnormal and what needs to be done.
