Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a history of Gastric Esophagitis due to GERD and IBS. I had taken medicines few months ago for Esophagitis. But this week i ate mutton. The symptoms of Esophagitis(Acid Reflux) along with cough and cold have returned. Do i go to ENT doctor first or a Gastroenterologist first? And what tests do i need to do for a definitive evidence of the problem?

When i speak ,oftenly my voice is not so much clear as it should be. My friends also said me that my voice is mix up with nose and sound come from nose. Even sometimes i repeat the whole sentence to make audible to others also I speak always loudly but problem is remain same due to sound come from nose. Dr i want to make my voice fully clear. Is this possible plz tell me tricks or any other methods

Hi Two months back I went to summer holidays to ooty. After returning home 1 week later . Everyday early morning I started sneezing continuously with watery liquid and became normal after some time. These days it turned severe during day too it started , I get some different kind of odor from nose and itchiness and irritation. some times dry/ wet . wht could be the reason?

I am suffering from stammering.while speaking i stops suddenly.

I'm having tonsils problem since I was 10 years old, then I have gone for surgery to remove them when I was 20 , and now from past 1 year I'm suffering from the Same issue and heavy cough, I'm using regular cough tablets and tonics but there is no use ... can you please suggest me what to do? Is there any permanent solution for my problem...

Since 14 days I have been suffering from ear ache and feels heaviness in my ear. I had been to two ENT specialist and my medicine is going on but till now I have pain in my ear. Please tell me something to finish this pain.

She is having dry cough for past six months. Even after taking full antibiotic & syrup on doctors consultation it again erupts. She went to Varanasi for 7 days & did not cough a single time there. As she returned to Panvel , coughing started again.

Coming fluid from ear and also pain in ear from last 4 to 5 days. Unable to eat food due to pain.

Bad smell sometimes otherwise no smell at all. Problem persistent for 4 years. CAT Scan done locally ( Moradabad UP) is normal. Neuro check up also done with MRI and neurologist says this is ENT problem not neuro. ENT doctors say this is neuro problem. I strongly feel this is ENT problem.

I am suffering with sore throat for among 20 days ... Sometimes it looks fine but sometimes I feel it exists. Does it is only sore throat or anything else? I am worried a lot about this.
