Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right nose is always blocked at night. I have been using otrivin since last 5 years. The day i dont use otivin, i am not able to sleep properly as the nose gets blocked. Is it safe to use otrivin for such a prolonged period.suggest me other remedy.

I've had cold for 3-4 days now. Due to rough blowing and constantly picking the nose, I have developed swelling and pain in the right nostril.

My son is 3.5 yrs he is trying to speak a lot and saying rhymes but it's not clear should I take him to speech therapist, pediatrician said he will speak slowly

Low hearing due to accumulated wax in the left ear. problem is persisting even after using wax clearing medicines. had this problem previously ,long back.

She used to suffer with head ache quite frequently. 5 yrs ago ENT specialist diagnosed some block inside nose and did some kind of treatment to clear that block and said the problem will not repeat. Again she is suffering with head ache these days. Can she have any permanent solution to her problem?

My 3 years old daughter was shouting while playing with her friends 1 month ago,evening she had some slowness in the voice. Now she speaks normally but when she try to use loud voice she find difficulty to produce,she struggles like suffocating. What to do for her, guide me please. Thanks Austin

Sir, In 2009 I got surgery to my right ear for eardrum hole. started with lite giddiness from 2008 and consulted neurologists, went for CT scan n EEG and nothing found wrong. Doctors treated giddiness due to vertigo n never cured. It is day by day increasing. Went for MRI also and nothing found adverse. Later went to Neuro Psychiatrist. He said it is due to Anxietic disorder n also never cured I felt giddiness more at evenings, I unable to walk evenings due to lost of balancing. If I roll my head 360 degrees around, giddiness will be more, and whenever I run speed after that giddiness will be more, there is no blurred vision n no sounds in ear. Recently doctor found eardrum hole in left ear too but advised me no need of surgery. I am CA Final student having academic tensions only. Very less days to me for exams. Day by day giddiness getting worse feeling like hell, Sir please advise me what I have to do now ?

Hi, Over past few years I have developed the habit of snoring while sleeping. Till date the volume has increased to a level that it is causing hinderance to people sleeping in the next room as well. Please advise something to eradicate it completely.
