From your history, you seem to have a Glomus tumour, a benign tumour located just underneath your ear. This is a vascular tumour and so the tinnitus is pulsatile( follows your heart rate). An MRI of your Ear will reveal the tumour accurately and you need to get this surgically removed by a good ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon.
