Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter has a cold or cough . Cough mainly occur during sleeping at night. Can i give her atarax with tixylic syrup or should i give something else.

Hello Dr, Myself lata khatri and i am 29 yrs old. From last 3 months i am unable to swallow anything and i am having swallowing neck so i went to the drs they gave me too much antibiotics but none of them are working. Then at last a doctor said me to go for ultrasound and i have gone through that. My reports say that:-A focal lesion is right side of neck - ? parapharyngeal abscess. Suggested clinical correlation and CECT Scan of NECK for further evaluation. . After going through this report i have gone for CT SCAN and the report was totally different from Ultrasound over their it was mention that :- Cervical Lymph nodes Multiple small enhancing lymph nodes are seen at bilateral level II regions, largest one in right side measures about 10*7mm and the left side measures about 12*8mm. I want to know that is anything serious and how will i know that which report is correct. Thanks & Regards Lata Khatri

Since last 1 week, whenever I blow my nose mucus comes out with blood in it. Is this situation something to be worried about? Currently I m undergoing medications of MethylaCobal shots and an anti depressant tablet. Please suggest.

Hello team, My father age of 45 years suffering from ear problem like coming muscus on alternate days ..We have consulted one ent doctor recently , he said that both the ears need to be operate due to the condition . I like to know that the medication process for this type of conditions whether surgery need or medicines need to be continued , if surgery needed is it for both ears or any one? Pls verify the attached reports for your reference.

I have a nasal Congestion with allergy, Doctor suggested for surgery using advanced ENT with navigator by observing my CT scan, endoscopic report, Telling me that my right nose is getting blocked. if surgery skipped, it may lead to chronic sinus advance level. Kindly suggest me, is there any treatment replacing surgery with alternate medicine?

Past 10 days I have watery eyes,running nose,light cough. Feeling like feverish in the evening . I feel myself very weak and tired. I see a white colour throat behind the back of my uvula and am worried. I had shown to a ENT specialist and he gave some antibiotics and told me not to worry about it but it did not sbside. One of the online forums doctor mentioned it is normal looking I have attached the photo . does the back of throat looks normal. I have stretching my throat a lot to see it adn use amrutanjan a lot in my nose which Ihave stopped for last 2 weeks . Can this irritation be the cause .Is there any thing serious you note . Thanks
