Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got exposed to bomb blast in hands on diwali .tinnitus ocuurs till now. it had bean 4 days since and my ear feels heavy and ringing occurs countinously.. can you tell it is permanent

I feel some sort of swelling on the left side of my throat , its not visible but i can feel it, its inside .. i have got fever somedays back .

I am facing ear problem for the last 5 years I have consult many doctor no improvement still now my loss is 50db for both ear give some suggestion for the treatment if surgery is best give some best hospital and if treatment is best means give some idea about treatment.my age is 27

I am feeling swelling and pressure on the left side of my throat , i read it on google and it shows swollen lymph nodes, i lost almost 3 kgs in 3 days .. i had fever before 5 days , i am very worried please help

My baby girl is 2 months old she had passed the hearing test which is done after birth bt doesn't really respond when I clap or if there is any noise near by. Sometimes she get shocked by very loud noise bt sleeps normally even when the pressure cooker wishle blows. Is there something to worry about. Please help

My wife is facing this problem for more than 4-5 days now. Because of the stuffed and blocked nose, she could not breathe properly at night resulting in loss of sleep. She has to breathe through her mouth. She is not comfortable with Winter season which I think could be the reason for this problem. I have taken nose drops from chemist which gives her temporary relief. But now she is facing blocked nose during day time as well. Could this be also due to any allergy?
