Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Gulity type two In my neck no pain and they ain't growing what should i do...should i remove it or not

I feel sharp pain just above the eyebrow and between the eyebrow while travelling by plane. it starts just half and hour before landing. since I am into travelling job, this sharp pain happens and its a unbearable. also upper nostril side also pain happens. don't know why this happens as at that time it feels I should dive from the window.

My son frequently gets the dry ,cropping cough, and continously coughs . he has undergone the bronchiscopy 1.6 years back when he was 2.5 years old. he chewed a oats crunchy and coughed for 1month frequently antibiotics alsonothelped. With doctors suggestion we underwent bronchio scopy procedure. to find if some foreingn material would have gone into his lungs. Fortunately there was nothing in his lungs as per Manipal hospitals specialist dr pulmonologist after the bronchiscopy procedure. He frequently gets the dry cough and cropping cough. and coughs continously. Every time he gets this dry cough we approach the doctors they say his upper airway got infection and his chest is very clear. After Nubulization with adrenaline and budecort , syrup Allegra, & Omnicortil forte for 5 days the cough calms down. But otherwise the way he coughs sounds very dangerous and continuous coughing which is worrying us a lot. So we are thinking to try out homeopathy medicines if it can solve this issue.

I have pimple like normal size round 1 appearance on my nose I don't know what is it it was at 16 years and it's continuing up to 19 years 7 months I don't have pain itch or redness please suggest me what is it and how to remove it with home made natural products my skin colour is black and I don't have more acne on my nose or cheeks and it is not so soft also I have very little small spores 4 0r 5 on my cheeks that so all thank u

Actually my nose is down from my childhood.so,i need surgery my nose and it's be a reshape.is any side effect of nose surgery?

There is so much pain in the ear(left)while swallowing food, no soar throat,no headache,no other pains.

6 days back a man's swinging hand hit my chin so hard while dancing in a barati. It pained so hard in my left ear. I couldn't chew anything for 2 days. Hi I do get throat infection very regularly..As soon as I use antibiotics it gets reduced later it get repeats evry 2 months.wen I consulted a specialist he told it was due to allergies.but stil the prob continues.please let me know any solution for long term
