Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from Sinusitis for almost a week and sore throat for 2 days now. I had taken 6 dosages of Allegra 180 mg as the symptoms were initially of allergy cold. Now, I have stopped taking it. Could you please suggest a good combination of medicines for my sinusitis and sore throat? Thank you

Have a ear blocking issue ever since I went to swimming pool one year back and I have sinus as well. Checked with ENT asked to take audiometry and typnometry test all fine. Still not able to come out of it, have to forcely breath out to release thr block very often. Feeling scared that will become a routine. I feel ear cleaning from a specialist will help.
