Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Smoker This thing in my throat for a month now. Have had viral fever for a week. Pain in throat now for 4-5 days. I will get it checked by ENT specialist. Please just see if you can identify this. Is this cancerous or could be something else ? Picture - https://i.imgsafe.org/b523a7a1d4.png

While going for work to the factory, I always get fever and headache and giddiness for almost 3 to 4 days. I was advised some tests by doctor and results show some allergy which caused sphenoid sinus mucosal thickening and adenoid hypertrophy.

I have csom in the middle ear. Hearing test is normal. Can it be treated? What will be its treatement. How much time is for its treatment?

I am using FORACORT 200 INHALER for the past 3 years 2 puffs twice a day for copd without any other drugs. I am very comfortable and carry on normal activities as usuval. But of late I am having itching inside my ears and experience dry mouth especially during my sleep at nights. Is it due to FORACORT INHALER use ? Can you suggest any other inhaler in its place ?

My one side nose remains always blocked, it alternates through out the day especially at night it becomes difficult to breath even from second open side. My ears also feel like it is blocked and head heavy. Not having cold problem. I am suffering from 4 months, consulted my family doctor, have taken so many medicines like cetrizine, peracetamol but no improvement. Plz advise whom should i consult.. Also advise if its safe to use Otrivin Daily for my nose problem?

My 3.5 year old daughter breaths through mouth for more than 2 years. While we consulted ENT doctor he has told that the air veins are blocked and asked to give cepodem, delcan, aerodil syrups & nebulisation for 5 days. After these medication, she is freely breathing but still through mouth. After that he checked & told some noise he is hearing & asked us to get nose X ray and it is showing as adenoid hypertrophy. After checking X ray film, he told that, she is suffering from Grade 4 adenoid hypertrophy & advising to go for "Endoscopic debrider adenoidectomy". Requesting to provide your opinions on above whether we need to go for it or not and will there be any side effects. Can it be cured by only medication? Is it advisable at age of 3.5 years?

2 days ago midnight i swollen fish bone. Now i am having problem in swollen. I think i have problem in swallow. I have did my x-ray but nothing is visible. Doctor said nothing there but i feel something is there in my throat. Plz help me.

Last 6 months ago i suffered from toncilities and pain i visited 3 ent specialist they gave me antibiotics and pain killer. Now a day i hv no problem at all but sometimes some white patches visible in both in my tonsils and disappear automatically after 2 or 3 days. But 5 months ago i sow some lymph gland inside of my throght it looks like pea nuts .. i brought to the notice of every doctor i visited earlier they told me this is happen for toncilities.. but after many days it is same.. i am afraid now is it a tumor? Or cancer? No pain or no problem to eat. Picture uploaded kindly help me is it serious issue and is it cureable ?
