There are pulse in my right ear
Since a week I can feel it looks like there is the pulse in my right ear. like the pulse of the heart.

well , pulse can be felt at many places. The pulse may be palpated in any place that allows an artery to be compressed against a bone, such as at the neck (carotid artery), on the inside of the elbow (brachial artery), at the wrist (radial artery), at the groin (femoral artery), behind the knee (popliteal artery), near the ankle joint (posterior tibial artery . so you might be putting your wrist below your head or carotid ight be getting pressed. no need to worry. all the best

That is called Pulsatile Tinnitus. Please consult an ENT Surgeon locally to rule out Carotid body tumours , Glomus Jugulare, or Glomus Tympanicum.
