Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've had nasal congestion and a sore throats with yellow bumps at the back of my throat. and swollen tonsils that look like they are ripped or something ??

Ear pain due to cold.. after diagnosis Dr said it's infection in both the ears due to cold and to use medicines for 10 days. After a day the pain gone when the white clear fluid was coming out from ear and fluid stopped after a week. From there I'm hearing some small continuous sound from my left ear. I have been having a throat swelling and pain since two days.. Tongue ulcers are Also there.. It is only on one side.. A bit hoarseness of voice is also there.
