Both parotid glands swollen severe earache and hearing is muffled I had a swollen parotid gland last month but this time both have swelled up

You seem to be suffering from acute parotitis. Commonly it is viral in origin. Maintain good oral hygiene, take over the counter analgesics and antipyretics for pain and fever
