I have many times cold/jukaam allergy in Delhi's weather, if i go any other city like haryana, i havn't face any problem. Please help me solving this problem for last 2 yrs. I have used many medicines but for sometime worked that. Please give me solution for permanent solving this allergy.

Hoarse voice for 2 weeks straight

I am a 25 year old Male. I have had a hoarse voice for the past two weeks and it doesn't look like it wants to go. When I talk for long I might get some pain in my throat but not much. I do cough sometimes too when talking. Also during these two weeks I coughed up a whiteball, not if it was food. Also like 3 weeks ago I had some gum peeling.
