Severe cold
I am currently traveling to Europe,where caught up severe cold, nose congestion and throat infection. I have just few crocine advance tablet s and Vicks veborub. Is it good to take crocine for cold, any other medicine could you suggest, & I can buy at Zurich?

Crocin is Paracetamol is a fever & mild pain reliever. Doesn't help in cold much.
Next Steps
As long as you have no fever, you may take Tab Alaspan 10 mg once per day.
Nasal saline drops.
See a doctor if worsens.
