Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In the USG neck report , Multiple bilateral cervical lymph nodes one of them 1.7 × .7cm. On the same area 2 years back TB was detected. Medicine was taken for 3 month. Now there is a pain on the gland. And USG neck was done. The report is given at fast.

From last 15days i am feeling a lump just below of my ear.but it is under the skin.what should I do.i guess it's a small tumor.what should I take, homeopathy or allopathy? Thank u in advance

My tongue appears to be white as if coated. I feel burning sensations on it mostly. I had visited an ent doctor too for that. She said it is tongue baldness. She asked for vitamin b12 check. I did n it was less. I took medicines and injections too for b12 past 3-4 months. Doctor had told it would go in 1-2 months. But still there is no improvement on my tongue.

Feeling like fluid filled in my right ear. Sometimes it is painful. Suffering from more than 3 years

I had a mild pain inside my left ear 5 days back and it lasted for 1-2 days. Yesterday evening I noticed some exact water like colourless , thin, a bit sticky and very little odour like liquid coming out but in small amounts. The quantity of the liquid coming out gradually increases when i keep my head bend on the left side. I had the same but severe problem 5 years back when it was bery very painful and the liquid coming out was yellow/brown in colour.I was treated with antibiotics and the problem gradually vanished.

I had a grommet fitted last year in my right ear for eustachian tube dysfunction. I have started going to the gym again, and am concerned that lifting weights and straining while lifting could damage or dislodge the grommet? Is weight lifting a problem?

Blood comes out through my throat while I split toothpaste foam, feeling slightly itching in throat. I have lost 4-5 KGS weight during last 3-4 months, but blood spitting problem came recently from last week.
