I have travelled via flight and my Ear is paining from a week. Tried few general stuff like putting oil and blowing air but not working.

Constantly dizzy and lightheaded
I have problems standing and walking cause I'm so dizzy. I stay feeling nauseated and fatigued along with anxiety and panic attacks cause of the spinning or falling sensation. Also I feel a fluttering in my chest and feels like an adrenaline rush.

INSENSITIVITY OF EAR DRUM
The doctor had advised inserting ear plugs while bathing, ignored and now feel ear cavity tissues dissolved/insensitive after an assault on the head during a fight.
Can I drop hydrogen peroxide or any ear drops?

Noise disturbance
In the right ear a fraction of sound seems to be affected. Any sort of noise such as bus horn, door opening and similar to that. It feels something has happened to ear.Throat is also affected. Please suggest what to do?

I having a problem in ear

Right ear blocked - can't hear
Went swimming - came back and applied ciplox ear drops - put my finger in to remove wax - put a ear bud in to remove wax - now ear is blocked completely - can't hear
