Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Fell from bed and had concussion, after that nose got congested and not OK for quite some time, breathing is sometimes very difficult when lying down.

Whenever i eat or breathe it feels like my throat is coming outwards and little pain in Adams Apples​

Am feeling like something blocked my left ear,but there is nothing inside it and having pain while sneezing , yawning and coughing.

Always pain in ear, doctor advice in jamshedpur that swelling in ear, diabatic also, antibiotic injunction advice by doctor after antibiotic one month relief and then again pain start in ear. this problem is from last 1 year

I've had what I think was a perforated eardrum, which seemed to get better on its own, but now 2 months later it has been feeling uncomfortable again and my hearing has been affected but is comes and goes so I think it could be an Infection or the damaged eardrum hasn't healed properly without some treatment?

About 6 weeks ago I've had a cough and snotty nose itchy eyes and a sore throat, after about 6 weeks I went to the doctor coz I think it's hay fever , doctor gave me some tablets I'm worried that my cough could be lung cancer it is phlegmy but I've put that down to postnatal drip coz it feels like it's dripping down there
