Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having sore throat since2 day, it is like some thing pinching at the upper back throat, also am having ear ache and headache at the backside of head . Please advice what to do. Many times I get sore throat, but it gets cures in day or 2 by home remedies . But this time it ia getting worse.

I am unsure if this question will be for a ENT Specialist or an Neurologist.. Since 10 days I always feel dizzy. Its not completely dizzy but I feel something is wrong.
